It is a fact of life that disputes occur. Smart clients will
appreciate that these disputes can be very time-consuming and
costly. They need to be resolved quickly and cost effectively. We
will in the first instance try to resolve these disputes amicably
but if this is not possible then Stanley Kawalsky has over thirty
years legal experience in South Africa and Australia and the
necessary expertise to conduct litigation at all court levels.
PROPERTY, COMMERCIAL LEASING AND CONVEYANCING
Once a property has been bought or sold, the interest in the
property must be transferred. We are able to assist you in doing
this. We charge the same rates as settlement agents with the added
advantage of being able to provide immediate legal advice should the
need arise.
MEDIATION
Stanley Kawalsky is a LEADR (Lawyers engaged in alternative dispute
resolution) qualified mediator. He has conducted several successful
mediations.
WILLS AND PROBATE
We prepare wills ranging from simple “husband and wife” wills to
complex testamentary trusts. We also have extensive experience in
obtaining grants of probate and assisting in resolving disputes that
sometimes arise.
FAMILY LAW
We deal with all aspects of family law including divorce, property
settlement, residence, contact and spousal maintenance.
We are conscious of the fact that our clients wish to resolve family
law matters as quickly and inexpensively as possible and aim to
achieve this by using primary dispute resolution methods. In the
vast majority of matters that we have handled over many years we
have been successful in this but we appreciate that for various
reasons not all family law matters can be settled in this way.
Sometimes there is no alternative to litigation. If this occurs you
can be assured of strong representation by us in the family court.
