Your will is the central document is estate planning but when we prepare your will we will also advise on other "estate planning" issues:
Family Trusts – if you have one your will needs additional attention and the trust itself may need to be amended so that your wishes are carried out;
Enduring Power of Attorney – this document applies while you are alive and if you lose your capacity to manage your own legal and financial affairs;
